I have advised and continue to advise both companies and individuals and entrepreneurs in Spanish and cross-border transaction processes (Andorra, Europe, and Latin America). I also advise on the drafting and review of all types of contracts related to companies or individuals, as well as in civil, commercial and criminal economic and data protection legal proceedings.
